ARE YOU A BELIEVER OR A MAKE-BELIEVER?

A believer is a "possessor" of salvation. (John 1:12)
A make-believer is only a "professor" of salvation. (Titus 1:16)

A believer can "show" they are saved. (James 2:18)
A make-believer can only "say" they are saved. (James 2:14)

A believer uses God’s grace to "turn" from sin. (Titus 2:11-12)
A make-believer uses God’s grace to "keep on" sinning. (Jude 1:4)

A believer has the Holy Spirit that helps them understand the Bible. (John 14:26)
A make-believer does not have the Holy Spirit to understand the Bible. (1 Corinthians 2:14)

A believer believes in God because they repented to Him in their "heart." (Romans 10:10)
A make-believer only believes in God in their "head." (James 2:19)

A believer gets chastised by God when they sin willfully. (Hebrews 12:6-7)
A make-believer does not get chastised when they sin willfully. (Hebrews 12:8)

Dear Friend, if you fit the description of a "make-believer" or don’t profess anything at all, then I pray the Holy Spirit will convict your heart to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. No matter where you are right now, He can save you if you ask Him to forgive you of your sins and trust in His death, burial, and resurrection. He is the only one who can save you, so trust Him today. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5)
